LAW ENFORCEMENT
Under Section 76E of the Crimes Act 1914 (Cth) a person who, by means of a telecommunications system, intentionally and without authority or lawful excuse:

(a) destroys, erases, or alters data stored in, or inserts data into, a computer;
(b) interferes with, or interrupts or obstructs the lawful use of, a computer; or
(c) impedes or prevents access to, or impairs the usefulness or effectiveness of, data stored in a computer; is guilty of an offence, the maximum penalty for which is imprisonment for 10 years.

We therefore reserve the right to gather more extensive information about any activity in relation to this site which we have reasonable grounds to suspect may constitute a criminal offence or an attempt to commit a criminal offence or is otherwise unlawful and, where necessary, to make disclosures about such activities to relevant law enforcement agencies.
